Our Labour Law and Social Security team deals with all questions relating to individual and collective labour law and social security law in the broadest sense. And you can take that literally. There’s nothing we wouldn't like to get our teeth into.

• corporate reorganisation,
• social screening,
• social elections,
• individual and collective redundancy files,
• protection against competition,
• disputes with all possible social security authorities,
• checks by the social inspectorate
• defence before the criminal courts

We serve a diverse client base of private individuals as well as large and medium-sized companies in the private and public sectors.
